You get a lie-in for this event as most shifts start as late as 07.00am! The main bulk of activity takes place on Riverside Meadows and some roles will require a short safety meeting in the weights shed first.

Ideally we'd like your help all day, but we realise that some of you may only be able to help for one or other division.

Division One starts at 12noon. Division Two starts at 3.30pm. If you select Division 1 we will assume you are available from approx 10am – 3pm, and if Division 2 we will assume approx 2pm – 7pm, although racing should be well over by about 6.00pm but some roles will require clearing up and therefore mean staying on longer. We would rather you committed to be there til 7pm and were released earlier than the other way round and you disappear before the work is done!
